My 2005 Excursion is my daily driver.  I have modified the 6.0L PSD with the Banks Big Hoss Bundle.  That has increased my gas mileage, horsepower and torque, and helps push this King of SUVs around on a 3 1/2 Inch FabTech Lift, Nitto Trail Grapplers and Moto Metal 957s with no problems.  To get my family anywhere, with everything they need, I added a Surco Safari Roof Rack.  I have a few mods left on this beast, and these include head studs and a torque converter.  I want to thank Patrick at Dorms Automotive in Powell, WY for doing all these mods while I was away serving in Afghanistan.

First of all thank you for your service.  I am a veteran of the first gulf war.  I was wondering what your fuel milage is with the upgrades.  I have an 05 F350 dually crew with the 6.0 and get about 15 mpg without any mods and I was thinking of getting a tuner, cold air intake to start.  I have heard of that guy in Powell. I live in Meeteetse and a guy here took his Ford over there to get worked on and I way happy.
